All consulting and implementation services are billed strictly on an agreed Milestone basis.
Cloud consumption is subject to standard Pay-as-you-go commercial models.
Downtime penalties apply strictly in accordance with the attached SLA Penalty Matrix.
Change Requests (CRs) are governed by an independent review board to maintain project agility.
