Built for teams where difficult conversations carry real consequences

Altaius is designed for organizations that want more than attendance reports and slide-based training.

HR & L&D leaders

Give managers a more practical way to build judgment, communication, and leadership behavior.

Business-unit leaders

Let teams practice negotiation, alignment, and decision-making before the real meeting happens.

Public-sector sponsors

Use Saudi-first, bilingual scenarios with clearer visibility into feedback, governance, and adoption.

Training and learning partners

Add an immersive leadership format to existing programs without losing sponsor visibility.

Most leadership training sounds good in the room and disappears in the work

People can explain a framework and still struggle in the meeting that matters. Most programs teach principles. Far fewer give people a place to practice difficult choices, see the effect of those choices, and return to the conversation better prepared.

01

Workshops are easy to attend, hard to apply

Leaders remember ideas. They still hesitate when the conversation becomes sensitive, political, or high stakes.

02

Managers need rehearsal, not more theory

The real test is not whether someone completed a module. It is whether they can handle pressure, ambiguity, and disagreement well.

03

Sponsors need evidence, not attendance

Executives want a clearer view of where judgment improves, where patterns repeat, and what needs follow-up.

What happens in Altaius

Altaius gives leaders a safer place to practice real decisions before they happen in front of clients, colleagues, sponsors, or committees.

Our first experience is Grand Bazaar: a bilingual Riyadh negotiation scenario built for stealth learning and leadership practice under pressure.

1

Start with a scenario

The learner enters a Saudi/GCC-relevant leadership situation with a clear objective, context, and pressure.

2

Respond in free text

The learner speaks or types naturally instead of selecting from pre-written options.

3

Review feedback with Leena

Leena highlights blind spots, patterns, missed openings, and stronger alternatives in a clear, practical way.

4

Return to measurable session feedback

The session ends with visible outputs that help the learner and sponsor discuss what happened and what to improve next.

What you would see in a live demo

The experience starts at a branded dashboard, leads you through a playable scenario, and finishes with a feedback report that makes the value obvious.

Dashboard

A clean entry point with the scenario path, language toggle, and branded context.

Grand Bazaar scenario

A Riyadh-based negotiation experience with clear stakes, characters, and objectives.

Live interaction

The player responds in free text while the scene reacts in real time.

Session feedback

Simple cause-and-effect feedback shows how specific choices shaped the result.

Exportable summary

A one-page output gives the sponsor a clearer record of the session and next step.

Session results shown in the demo are real for that session. Views that represent future team or organizational reporting should always be labeled clearly where they are illustrative.

What sponsors actually measure

These are the types of feedback that Altaius is designed to make visible and trackable, without adding reporting overhead for the team.

Decision quality

Track how participants improve at recognizing trade-offs, choosing under pressure, and avoiding recurring blind spots.

Time to decision

See how quickly leaders reach a structured, defensible position, with data on hesitation patterns and clarity of reasoning.

Capability movement

View before-and-after rubric scores that connect practice to observable leadership behaviors in the workplace.

All feedback represents real session data. Aggregated views labeled "illustrative" are product-direction previews shown for clarity.

Current operational status

We are transparent about what is live today versus what is on the roadmap. The founding pilot is designed for practical, real-world deployment on working software.

Live: Riyadh Negotiation

The "Grand Bazaar" leader scenario is fully built, bilingual, and ready for deployment. Pilots run on this validated scenario to ensure immediate relevance.

Live: Assessment & Scoring

The AI evaluation engine successfully scores decision quality, time to decision, and communication patterns against established leadership rubrics.

Next: Custom Scenarios

While the platform architecture supports custom institutional scenarios, the founding pilot focuses entirely on our validated baseline to ensure speed to value.

Built in Saudi Arabia, for Saudi and GCC teams

Every scenario, every feedback element, and every compliance control is designed for how leadership actually works in this region.

Arabic / English parity

Not translated. Built natively in both languages. Leaders and sponsors choose the language that fits their context.

Local context

Scenarios reflect Saudi social norms, GCC power structures, and leadership dynamics that imported tools simply cannot replicate.

Trust and governance

PDPL-aligned, KSA-hosted, human-reviewable scoring. No hidden data flows. Sponsors see what happens.

Questions visitors ask at LEAP

What will I actually see in the demo?
A full experience: we start with a branded dashboard, move into the Grand Bazaar negotiation, and finish with a session feedback report for your team. Every result shown is real for that session.
How is this different from the training we already do?
It is not a replacement for all training. It adds rehearsal. Leaders type or speak naturally, the AI responds in context, and the session produces measurable feedback. Most programs stop at concepts.
What does the founding pilot include?
Design-partner access for approximately 180 days. Up to three full scenario runs per leader. A midpoint readout and a persistent impact report you can share with sponsors.
What about Arabic support?
Built natively in Arabic and English. Not translated. The learner chooses their language, and the feedback quality is the same in both.
Where is the data hosted?
Primary data store in Riyadh. PDPL-aligned processing, AES-256 encryption, TLS 1.3, and a human-review path for scoring. No data leaves KSA without explicit consent.
What does it cost?
Annual platform license plus simulation seats plus optional services. Founding pilot pricing is discussed directly. Book a LEAP meeting for specifics.
