1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Altaius website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Notice, AI Ethics & Responsible AI Commitment, and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, pilot program participants, enterprise customers, and platform administrators.

2. Service Description

Altaius provides AI-powered Leadership Training Platform as a Service (LT‑PaaS) designed for enterprises and government entities in Saudi Arabia and the GCC region. Our platform includes:

Immersive Simulations: High-fidelity, open-text leadership scenarios with branching outcomes
AI Coaching Assistant: Personalized guidance, feedback, and skills scoring
Analytics Dashboard: Program insights, learning metrics, and ROI tracking for administrators
Bilingual Support: Arabic-English parity across all features

Our current offering includes a Founding Pilot Program for 3-5 selected organizations. Full commercial terms will be negotiated separately for pilot participants.

Altaius SI (System Integration & Digital Transformation): Altaius SI is our service arm delivering strategy-to-operations digital transformation for Vision 2030. SI services include:

IT Strategy & Consulting: Transformation roadmaps, enterprise architecture, and governance frameworks
Cloud & Infrastructure: Sovereign and hybrid cloud solutions, landing zones, and Kubernetes services
Data & Advanced AI: Enterprise data platforms, analytics, machine learning, and generative AI
Apps & Modernization: Legacy modernization, cloud-native development, and API platforms
Hyper Automation: RPA, process mining, and intelligent document processing
Managed Services: 24/7 operations, SRE, and continuous optimization

3. Pilot Access

Application: Submitting a pilot request does not guarantee acceptance. We select 3-5 founding pilot organizations based on fit, use-case, and strategic alignment.

Eligibility: Pilot access is available to organizations, not individuals. Participants must have authority to represent their organization.

Pricing: Founding pilot engagements are custom-scoped and priced individually. Pricing details will be provided upon selection.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Saudi law
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our AI models or platform
Share login credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account
Use our services in a way that could damage, disable, or impair our systems

5. Intellectual Property

Ownership: Altaius retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the platform, AI models, content, and trademarks.

License: Upon pilot acceptance or commercial agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for internal training purposes.

Your Data: You retain ownership of data you input into the platform. We process it per our Privacy Notice and any data processing agreement.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, including:

That the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
That AI-generated coaching or feedback will meet your specific requirements
That defects will be corrected immediately

Training Simulations: Our scenarios are designed for learning purposes. They do not constitute legal, compliance, or business advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Saudi law, Altaius shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

8. Data Protection & PDPL

Our processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Notice, which complies with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), NCA ECC (Essential Cybersecurity Controls), GDPR, UK GDPR, and California CPRA where applicable.

Our use of AI is governed by our AI Ethics & Responsible AI Commitment, which aligns with SDAIA AI Ethics principles and international frameworks.

Our use of cookies and similar technologies is detailed in our Cookie Policy.

9. Termination

By You: You may discontinue use of our services at any time by contacting us at support@altaius.com.

By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful conduct.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiations fail, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
